Nowadays we are taught to revert to olden day practices in Africa as contemporary practices have deteriorated health to mankind. For example, in the past it was not a problem for pregnant woman to deliver a baby from the comfort of their own rural homes. Man used to spend nights hunting for animals to kill for food without fear of any health risk.
